Pancakes for breakfast anyone?

Hey just thought I'd post this great buttermilk pancake recipe we had this morning. They turned out to be thick & fluffy, restaraunt style! Yum, Yum!

1 cup of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 egg
2 tablespoons of oil
1 cup of buttermilk or 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup sour cream
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Mix. In separate bowl, beat the egg, oil and buttermilk. Add liquid to dry ingredients. Stir together. Let stand for a few minutes and then bake on a medium hot griddle. Yields 3-4 pancakes.
Adding a little sugar might make them even better.
We melt one strawberry yogurt and about a cup of frozen sliced strawberries for syrup. A little cool whip too, and it's de-lish!
