7 random/weird facts about me:

1.Reba is my favorite TV show.

2. I love to watch college or pro beach volleyball on TV. It makes me feel so good inside when they hit it across the net. Makes me wish I could go back to college and play.

3. I was in a clogging class when I was in the fourth grade.

4. I was homecoming queen in highschool. Probably because I was related to some pretty awesome people with a lot of friends.

5. One of my hobbies is cleaning house. I love the feel of a freshly scoured lemon scented clean home (although children take up much of my time these days so my house is not always as described above).

6. My dream vacation would be to go four-wheelin and water skiing in a beautiful place surrounded by mountains and trees, maybe Canada or somewhere.

7. And last but not least, I think I'm enjoying being a Utah-in.

So there you have it! I now tag Garianne and Jill.

I did it!

Well, so I've noticed how lame my blog has been lately. I'd like to say that I've been busy, but that is never changing, I just haven't taken the time. So I thought I'd show you all what I did a couple weeks ago so you could look at something new. For awhile now, I've been contemplating on cutting my hair. Every time I cut it, I can't wait until it's long again so I always hesitate. I know that I can't wear my hair like I did in highschool forever, but I like to try. My SIL Dani is in beauty school in Rexburg, ID and I've been meaning to make it up there, so a couple weeks ago Cheyenne and I took a little girls trip and left the boys at home. Here are the "before" and "afters"....

Much better huh? Makes my hair look twice as thick too.

Not such a pretty picture, but it shows the length before.

Thanks so much Dani. I love it. Cuts my styling time in half as well and I love the darker color. (Brings out my brown eyes they say:p)

My Celebrity Look -A-Like!

We were hanging out with some friends(Tyler and Garianne) when they asked me if I'd seen the movie, Stick It. They told me that the main actress in the movie looked a lot like me. So I had to check it out, we looked her up online, and here she is! What do you think?

(Sorry the picture's a little blurry, I had to stretch it so you could see it a little better)

Boys Having Fun!

So Ethan got tired of being inside recovering from gall bladder surgery, so he decided to clean up outside. While cleaning, he found the pulley we used for our old dog. Hook it up to a few trees and you have one fun ride!

The boys' cousins came to visit that day and they had a great time.

I was impressed how well they did taking turns. Go Scotty!

A few days later, Zach found a chain to hook to it so now they sit on the stick and ride it down. These are the good times, the memories they make that they'll remember forever...

Happy Halloween!

Okay, I know, there are a ton of pictures on this post, but what can I say, they were just so darn cute!:)
We invited Grandma and Grandpa over to carve pumpkins(cause see when you live close to family you can do that!). Grandma brought popcorn, apple cider, and hot cocoa...it really set the mood for a great holiday fall evening.

Zach's always great to pose for a picture. He thought it was so clever how he balanced the lid of the pumpkin on sideways.

I wasn't real impressed with any baby girl costumes, so we tried to make one ourselves this year. This is Cheyenne posing her bunny ears right after being made.

All three posing just before heading out to the parking lot to "Trunk or Treat"!

Zach decided he wanted to be Frankenstein this year. Ethan cut up a suit we bought at the DI(Deseret Industries), put on a little face paint, and Voila', you got one scary dude.

Scott used a costume from the archives, you can't go wrong with Batman!

Here's our cute little pink bunny, some thought she made a good piglet too. Either way, I'd say she had a great first Halloween.

We hope you all had a spooky Halloween!
