June

Here we are in June. I just love this picture of Hailey. She plays on her knees all the time. It is so cute:)

This summer Casey(my stepdad's grandson/kids' cousin) came to visit for a few days. So for fun we took a drive up toward Twin Falls, ID to visit Nat-Soo-Pah Hot Springs. I've driven by many times but had never been there. It was a lot of fun! We swam all day and got some much needed sun. We even ran into some old family friends, the Staples, who'da thought! We stopped in Jackpot for dinner on our way home....good day trip! We will definitely make this a yearly tradition!

We also wanted to do some camping...so last minute we loaded up and drove out past Wild Horse Res. to a quaint little place. The night we got there it was down pouring, I mean really down pouring. I haven't seen it like that for a long time. It was awesome!! I was soooo glad we had our trailer. Although we did keep finding new leaks throughout the night in the roof. (Ethan sealed it up first thing when we got home)

The next morning was gorgeous! We took a little hike, fished, and enjoyed the beauty of the earth. It was short, but fun to be together and to get out of town.

Little by little

Ok, I'm going to attempt catching up;P (lol) Little by little.

Here we are in Boise, ID. In May we went up for my father's side, the Haskin Reunion.

This is my Grandma Ellen Haskin with the kids.

We had a great time catching up with family. We swam in the hotel pool, went bowling, shopped at the nearby mall, and just had a good time visiting over good food:) I'll try to get a copy of our group photo to show who all was there...

Here we are at the Cheesecake Factory for dinner...it also happened to be Ethan's birthday. Happy birthday Ethan!

The next week, we celebrated Cheyenne's 3rd birthday! This was one of the gifts she got. She has loved it. We kept it low key with a small family gathering for some cake, ice cream, and gifts. Happy birthday Cheyenne!

The following day we were in the hospital for Hailey's eye surgery. This is when she first opened her eyes after surgery. She did sooo good!
